Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to California customers, unless a resale or exemption number is on file.

Prices

All prices are FOB Vista, CA or point of origin. All prices are subject to change without notice. Please call our Lifeguard Sales division at 1.800.414.3181 for unit price quotation or volume discounts on large orders.

Credit

Government agencies, Municipalities, and Institutions will be extended credit terms only upon receipt of a written purchase order (either mailed or faxed). Standard credit terms are: net 30 FOB shipping point. Other organizations will require credit approval: Please allow 7-10 days for notification.

Payment Options

We also accept most major personal and government issued credit cards. Orders placed using credit cards are not subject to normal credit holds and therefore receive expedited processing.

Shipping Policy
The cost of shipping your order is your responsibility unless otherwise negotiated.
Orders shipped UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified. Next Day, Second Day and Three Day service is available at extra cost. Please call for a quotation on expedited service shipping charges. All orders ship FOB Vista, CA or origin unless otherwise negotiated. Some items ship oversize UPS or require special handling. These items are identified by a †. Please call for shipping charge quotations on these items.

Return Policy

Authorized returns  in original condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be authorized by a WaterBoys® representative and a return authorization number will be issued at the time. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Please return via UPS or other confirmed delivery method. No COD returns will be accepted. Due to Health Department regulations, we are unable to accept returns of worn swimwear. Orders for custom merchandise or special orders cannot be cancelled once processed, and are not returnable. Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days after shipment.

Swim Ware Care Instructions

Rinse in fresh water and hand dry after each use. Do not machine wash, store wet, or put in laundry dryer.
